So what is the technique here? Let me guess...
It would be my way to do it...
Cut the pattern out...
Placed it over the film...
Exposed the film...
Then developed.
????

Yes my friend. That's it.
Cut the pattern, or find one you like.
Pull out the catridge from camera in the dark.
Place the pattern over the film.
Made the exposure manually with a light (little torch or else).
Place the catridge into the camera again for developing.
It could be better... but i spent already one filmpack for these...
