It was just difficult to carry around the beast, especially since I wanted to use it in abandoned places...not easy to run with. The lens I had wouldn't take a self timer on the thread, so ultimately I was only using it sparingly in my room....sold off all the Polaroid 4x5. I think most of it went to Bastian...

I'm fairly happy with my Pentax 6x7. Easy enough to develop and scan..

But who knows...maybe I'll just borrow yours. :)

Its all gone. I needed money and sold everything.

price tags are tumbling.
at least for cameras ;)

but film will follow, sure. and apart from that, there are always occasions. not so often anymore as in the past, but often enough that I even pass on them.
but I know you know that, been as good having a good eye spotting them.

of course, you are invited to use my cameras and film the one time far you will be here (as long as you don't ABUSE them and empty my stash completely :) . happy to share.

what I think is - you did marvelous stuff with it. and I know enough of you to know that you love the material. and love gotta be lived if somehow possible.

and what I also think (and guess) is that this slowing down, forced by the format, in a way, is something you, hm, - appreciate.

ok, enough :)
and don't stop your other stuff. that I don't mean by saying this.

Don't tell me that!
I've already been debating whether or not to get back in to 4x5...
