Interesting how different this is from the negative side. I prefer this one. Much more mysterious. Brilliant, really.
^
I was surprised at the difference in the two halves myself. Usually when exposing for the negative the positive side is useless. In this case I got lucky, maybe because of the very old film. In any case, thanks for the kind words.

Congrats to SotD!
Very cool and interesting shot, I think this is the better one of the two. Looks like a picture from a fairytale. And in a way, Polaroid 55 is... ;)

^
Thank you. I really like type 55, too. I only have a few sheets left of this very old film so I'll need to use it wisely. This shot turned out to be well worth it.

Thats's hard to say...
I think i'd go for this one, really dark and mysterious.
Just an idea : the positive looks like a drawing involving nothing else than hand, paper and some basic tools, while the negative looks more 'digitally enhanced'. Or history vs fantasy.
What else can I add... Yes. Both show an umbrella.

^
Thanks for the input. I still don't know. This one does look more like a drawing, though. You're right.

Definitely no digital enhancement of the negative, but it does look much cleaner than this one.

but preferring, i do this one. more stormy - fits to the image. like a very early photograph, also by the image itself.
^
This one is more moody, I agree with that. Preferences are hard to define when it comes to my own photos, for me at least.
