sometimes, just one though..
i struggle with these kind of thoughts. most probably because of the last one. but they all have one in common: they ask for a decision. it may be a sad one, but it's good in the same time.

what parents leave behind them as an heritage is sometimes very heavy. We have our life, and should not get heavier and heavier only due to what should be kept from them. I spent all my childhood holydays in this place, and so did my elder son, but I'm not sure I will keep this place forever.

so you went back to the initial idea of letting it age? i liked that idea. i also liked the idea you were going to take care of it again.
and so.. as life goes on: maybe it's time to make a new one, on your own. to keep in touch with the history.

Just behind, was a donkey that my sons liked very much, and was adopted by my father 15 years ago.

He died this spring.

this place is now deserted, except for a few days here and there. I will let it age, just like the rest.
