Thank you! It was pretty hard getting the contrast right with the new film, as I'm sure you'll appreciate. Somehow, details kept disappearing. I don't know how many shots I took until I was finally happy with this one, but thank God one of them worked in the end or I'd still be sobbing into my sand now.

Thank you dear Esmeralda! I am very happy that the good people of Polanoid liked this shot, as it a took a lot of fiddling and twiddling and a room full of sand to do it and there was only a limited amount of film I could afford to waste on it. I must admit, I was beginning to feel like a kind of mad professor by the end of it all.

I don't remember there being any, but I think it's because colour pictures always come out in black and white on the moon. That's what the moon does, you see.
