^ no...unfortunately its a problem with the layout of the building and unhelpful sellers. Basically it was originally 1 bedroom, and it got changed to two, unless they asked permission to do it, it is technically still only 1 bedroom. we have asked them to apply retrospectively for permission, but they wont do it as they are scared that the freeholder of the building will say no and they will have to drop the price from being the price of a 2 bed, to the price of a 1 bed- almost £100, 000 less. They want to force us into buying it without getting the permission which would be stupid for us! |

^ i know, the mail is rubbish. i was going to let you know too- i've moved, kind of. I have not moved in anywhere new and permanent yet but am hoping to soon, so am back at my aunt's house for a little bit...partly why no polas are online as my scanner has been in storage! |
