yes! no, i haven't seen it before... funny to think we walked the same paths. did you visit the big playground close to the parking lot?

and why does it say Edinburgh? :o)

^
not sure why it says edinburgh. can't remember seeing the North Berwick tag when i uploaded it (aaages ago).

and yes - i like to lie in the hammock and on the big swinging disc. great little adventure playground there.

i've taken lots of walks along that part of the coast over the last few weekends, around gullane, yellowcraigs, aberlady and longniddrie. do a bit of the walk each week until all the coast is joined up in my memory. saw a sea cucumber poking it's head into the sand a couple of weeks ago. funny looking spikey things.

if you are in scotland again i would recommend the playground in Dalkeith (near Butterfly World) -a series of tree houses with connecting wooden bridges, zip lines, slides. wonderful for big kids! :)

another fantastically inventive shot - fascinated as to what coconuts have to do with all these though :-)
^
heh, yes, the link is a little tenuous. it's the lichen...to me it reminds me of the lovely gorse bush, but in miniature, and like i wrote somewhere else i think, this time of year the gorse smells so sweetly like coconuts. hence the reference :)
