thank you, please separate in future!

maybe that's why my girlfriends don't last too long? i'm paying too much attention to my cats....

^
at least your cats stay.
^
(did that change, btw.?)
(i mean, that would be at least a very good excuse. not that i would wonder.. i saw those pictures, once. ;) )
^
oh, pls. dont tell me i'm wrong!
LONG LIVE THE CATS!
(and pussies)

(eh. is it pussies or pussys?)
(cannot trust google here.)
(can I?)

in all other circumstances i would be raving about this. and it's true; i like it lots and lots.

but, in a competition, the cat on the radiator wins my heart.

which is worrying...

^
love should be unconditional and uncompetitional.

(next time, i'll separate beautiful girls and wise cats)
^
wait -

should I worry about you?

do you feel old?

but back again, and still not sure.. maybe 3 is good... but maybe the the amount of white on the bottom shot is killing it for me? dont get me wrong, I like it.. and it keeps me coming back.. so something is right :)

nono, did not get you wrong at all! in fact, comments like these are one reason to be here. they help to define the own view, and way. it's one thing to make images. it's another to know why. WAY more appreciated than "oh so great" ;-)

Bravo. I disagree with the comment below. What a shame it would be to lose the bottom picture! No, I like this Kiki pyramid just as it is. As I scrolled down I fully expected her feet to be on the floor. But no! She is on a box. I found this to be a whimsical and deadpan touch. I laughed.

Yes, I adore this stack. Like a surrealist exquisite corpse. She is cool, and elegant. This would have been lovely with just the top two pictures. But add the bottom one, and Kiki becomes an empress. I love it to pieces. (The handsome floor, too.)

^
thank you.
but:

corpse?

(irritated)

Not sure about this one... I have looked at it several times before coming back to comment... I think that maybe it would be better with just the top two polas...

^
maybe - maybe in a sense that i think i know what you mean. but no, for me not at all. these were planned as three from the beginning (and if i would have thought of two, i would have framed the top ones differently), and i am happy how the turned out, with the light, and the room. sure, the white mark at the bottom one is a bit big and disturbing - but it belongs to it. i had a hard time to manage this gets developped at all - you see the top left? the dev. was already squeezed and they were stuck together. but with patience, it worked out. i am ok with polaroid random, and faulty areas. especially here: a portrait of a person i like - with all her faults, and all her beauty as well, in her surrounding, topped with some lucky and friendly ghosts. as people are. (and i just don't get current post-production. there's nothing left. cold. it even leads to the fact people don't to try to make a good photo from the very beginning.. look here: »link )
ps: the third was the last sheet i had with me. still, i did it. knowing all three will have to turn out.

ahhh...
are these all first attempts?

cause my my... they line up just so right.

i have no idea what she is standing on... and in her bare feet!
a treasure box... yes!
the very same treasure box i buried as a girl in Kansas.

tell me...
have you looked inside?
have you seen what i have left?

*i am called Kiki as well... but only by children.*

^
yes, first attempts.. i wouldn't have had a fourth sheet.. i started with the middle one, the second (bottom, feet) was a little heartattack. i had to be gentle with. they were already stuck to each other. but it had to. so they parted with patience.
yes, the box is important.. i guess i wouldn't have been triggered, had the urge to take it if she hadn't been standing on it. a treasure box? maybe? i didn't ask. this moment, for sure.

no, i haven't opened it. i probably would have if found for itself.

but i respect kiki. so i don't.
