hahaha! well, then, what do you have? if you have a diana, i might fall for it. :)) got out to jim's house last week-- love the iron fence they are putting up. at least i got to see inside the house this time. really such a painful sort of beauty.

Aha - you were typing here while I was looking at your latest from the OJim House.

I have a Diana+, unused and still in the box. Even better - I have two Diana clones, a Banner and a MegoMatic. Full disclosure warning - and this applies to both - the shutter often sticks, film advance is problematic and often yields fat rolls. There are light leaks, plenty of them. But - they do have those wonderful dreamy lenses that have no equal in any other camera.

I'd be happy to send you either one (or both or all three). Examples can be found on my flickr account - look for the set called plasticity. Careful - there are some Holga shots in there.

you generous person. thank you for the offer--i'm glad to know that you are keeping the Propack, though! (by the way--have you heard the news--integral film will be manufactured again...and in black and white!) but what if Henry and Myla become interested in photography ( a safe bet that they will!); the plastic cameras you have now would be great starter cameras... unless you are planning to get them a Polaroid One Step and start them out right. ;))

:-)

Well now - that is good news!

But don't worry about H & M - they will be well equipped should they take a venture in photography. But they are tad young yet and meanwhile it is good to share. And none of my current compatriots have any appreciation for low-fi photography.

The joys of instant photography are indeed already apparent to the H-man.
