we see a lot of hurricanes where i live, so i can understand what it's like to (quoting a stupid phrase) "feel nature’s fury". at least with hurricanes you get some warning. hope you stay safe..

grant, i recall reading in your polanoir bio that you did your residency (or fellowship) at U of Iowa. this must be a very sad sight. i was surprised by the amount of damage reported.

^ Luckily, this type of damage was fairly localized. Considering that the tornado went right through town, I would have expected worse. It is remarkable how precise the line of destruction is. Two streets over, it was just a broken window here and there. Our house is about a mile away from this.
