^ yeah, that's exactly what i use it for. so neat! sadly i don't think they make them anymore. or at least they didn't the last time i tried to get one for a friend. boo hoo!

^ it's a translucent overlay with subdivided squares that you stick to your tv. it basically averages the pixels into square compartments, so that you get the 'average' color from the screen in that quadrant. so as the picture changes, the colors change and move around. very cool! too bad they stopped making them. it's one of my fave things ever. plus, helps me watch less tv when i stick it on.
