Ah yesss, back to this. Just got in the house, out since early afternoon (it’s 11:40 at night now). Tired. Cold. My whole body. Just cold. Below freezing in the city. Had an urge to revisit this scene — right away, first thing — the moment I stepped into the hall.

So good to see those naked July toes again. And I am happy that she is still just lyyying in the grass.

you're welcome to warm you up here. and feel free to sip a bit of champagner, too

haha, no, in fact using choco80 just made me more curious about it. I think the combination in it is not the best - did some more evaluation and variations, one of the reasons why I have been in Købnhavn lately (to use them there) - just bad with uploading at the moment..even more now to come, Berlin, RIGA..will send you a preview cause I don't know yet when I will.
well..it's boring without you :-o

You can't say Champagne, but you can say Sparkling Wine, Champagne It's only for FRANCE and French Wine !
Alain

^
nope. you've read the article (link above)? "the word 'Champagne' was granted in perpetutity to the Russian Imperial Government by the French and that this cannot be rescinded"
clever use of history, haha.

Hahaha soviet champagne is something my mom and her music college friends used to drink back in the "good 'ol " Soviet era because they couldn't afford anything more expensive!
^
well..paying more doesn't automatically mean to get better stuff...but yes, a fine (french) champagne can be VERY nice ("it sparkles so nice in the belly button" as they say in a german ad. though..for beer..well)

oh shit. you must have received a better batch! those blacks! i've never been able to pull them off with the choco film. maybe it's the keystone? i'm so jealous!!!
^
don't judge these "cheapscans" too much, but I agree, there seems to be a big variety in the production, and it just behaves differently. but yes, I got nice dark tones. the keystone? maybe. I've been lucky with the light for sure.

Thanks for the link the other day, I throughoutly enjoyed the pics and decided then and there that the choco80 will be my weapon of choice at my cousins upcoming wedding. If I could only fix the light leak on the ProPack...

This is, as Ivan said, a great mood capturer. Also, big big pluses for giving away the originals - that's the way it's supposed to work!

Cheers!

^
lightleaks are your friend. like sheeps. just close the propacks fullplastic highquality snow tripod frontdoor when not in use to avoid total surprise. and have it a bit open before to add some magic.
it's a wedding.
though - I will use the next in a 110a, wanna see how detailed it can be. and will try to prepare some more 4x5 chocos,
leaving soon for kobenhavn. time to choco ;)
(oh, weddings. it's fun -and hard work-. best chance to get originals ;))
