this series in B mode is very succesful!
how long did u give for the exposure? did you use tripod? I tried B mode myself but none of them worked out...

^ iirc, this one was about half a second - it was evening so the light wasn't too bright. i set my 5d to iso 100 and f/13 and used the spot metering to get an exposure time. a second is "one-one-thousand", so half a second is "one-one". short exposures are really hard to get right, but longer ones work beautifully. :)
