Cheers mate. I think many years were spent with glazed eyes and drinking tea on the Cornish coast.

or not so cool!

Thanks for the comment. Should update it with a latest shot. Shame that most photobooths are digital now and of rubbish quality.

a dear friend of mine started a similar collection (after seeing the film of amelie poulin...) he has a huge book filled with pictures...you shoul see it!

anyway

it would be fun to have this on the cover page so...
i vote!!

Would love to see it. Just got back from Berlin and while there we found an old black and white photo booth. Did a couple of sets but it was late in the morning and we were on our way for some sleep. Glad we stumbled across it as they are so much fun.

The film Amelie is beautiful. I think I fell in love with her character.

this is great. Your hair is a reflection of the era you were living in :) I think my favorite row is the 3rd from the top. It's that early grunge look..very nice!!
^
yeah it was. 90 - 93. Loved that music and still do.

thanks for your comment : )

wonderful! i should do this to my children.
^
yeah you should def. do that. Take one a year. Its a shame that most booths in the UK have gone all digital, they really lack in picture quality compared to the instant prints. maybe its different where you live.

thankyou for your comment

oh man, what an amazing piece of work. so incredible to have kept all of these. attracted to the booth from a young age, it would appear. vote/fav fo' sho.

As a kid I hated my picture being taken. Using one of these machines was like a living nightmare for me. Always needed them for football team ID cards, passports and the like. Its lucky for me that I was such a collector of stuff as a kid and would never throw stuff away. This is a little gem and it shall keep on growing. Need to put in the 2007 shot soon.

WHAT I REALLY HATE IS THE DIGITAL BOOTHS. THEY SUCK - QUALITY IS TERRIBLE. Melbourne train stations still have the old black & white and colour ones. More for fun than for peoples passport needs. What a great city

I think I was about 25/26. My memory isnt what it use to be. The beard got alot bigger as well and I bleached parts of it - what was I thinking!

nice one, i like the fact that theres probably a different memory / state of mind in each photo - and seeing someone else's evolution through time also makes one ponder about one's own. It's nostalgic and interesting. I like!
^
yeah absolutely. Looking at the late eighties ones (messy moptop hair) you can see I wasnt a happy chappy -turbulent times. Its harder enough discovering who you are at that age but to be seeing your parents relationship crashing around you cannot be fun. I smile alot more now. : ) Such a messy fella.
