and how DID i let this one pass by? fabulous shot! i really like your use of the blonde women in some of your shots. Pictorially "blonde" for me is code for innocense and lightness but you juxtapose that code onto an environment which teases that - creates a bit of irony to the image. You expose the tiredness of being blonde, of being attractive. This shot is perfection. The big blue eyes, the soft young skin, the polka dot - lolita- girl-next- door dress with the lush thick shoulders and young breast.... the girl looks as though she's saying "oh will you just look at ME for once... see me..." but she knows its fruitless in trying. Its like there's this exhaustion with being attractive, of being admired but not heard. This is just great.

Your portraits are not only beautiful, but have always a kind of strenght, maybe because of how close they are. I mean not only the distance but the look of the portrait
