2006-07-21 // 21:34:53 ulf Good to know, thanks! I might enjoy this camera then...I've never owned a Polaroid Pinhole and lately I've been thinking that that's a gap I ought to fill before the production of yet more Polaroid film types come to a halt.
2006-07-21 // 19:54:41 ulf I actually have a question about this camera that you might be able to answer now that you've had a chance to try it a few times. Does it mount well on a tripod? My beef with several Polaroid consumer cameras is their tripod mount locations being so far off their center of gravity that they become a pain to mount and balance.

i don't have it here with me, and have only used it a few times, but, i was pleased with the tripod mount. if i remember correctly, it's not exactly centered, but close. i used it with both a small, pocket tripod at work, and later at home with a large, heavy tripod, and didn't have any trouble.
2006-07-21 // 19:37:38 ulf The more stretch geometry, the better, if you ask me.
I somehow managed to miss that 15 Euro off window of opportunity last month, or I'd splurged for that model from unsaleable as well *sigh* Eh, what's 15 Euro...it's the equivalent of free shipping anyway :-)
Looking forward to your future pinhole photographs, Sir.

thanks ulf. it really is a cool little camera. i'm sure i've only scratched the surface of it's potential.
2006-07-21 // 07:14:04 ulf I love the `pinhole-stretch' on this one. Purdy!

thanks ulf - this camera arrived at a very busy time. i've only had time to do some hurried experiments. hoping to really try it out this weekend.
