hahahahaha!!! BOLLARDS where one ties one's yacht~~~~ of COURSE! (smacking forhead really hard).
reminds me of the arguments here about standardized tests being biased in favor of the upper classes! we don't got no bollards where i come from....we just drag our canoes up on the beach and hope we are above the highwater mark!
as for the helis....we call those lifestars when we see them at night....cause they are all transporting to the trauma center (they don't got no yachts and bollards either :-(

what are bollards? and....who ARE these people? and...heli-pad? what the heck is this about?? you fly people to the beach like taking a train to the shore??
