The way I used my camera was quite simple: I carefuly cut the edge of the normal 120 film so it can be fit on the camera, and use the 620 spool as a receptor (sorry if I can't find the right english words to explain you...). Then when the film is finished all you have to do is (in complete darkness of course...) put the film back on the 120 spool.
