Just picked up a Joycam today and was looking through the Joycam pics.... this one jumped out at me. A really terrific simple shot that makes you feel you are there.

hey gutterrock thanks for your comments! The Joycam was my first polaroid camera (and a month my only one!), it is a quite fun little camera, with many unexpected results (such as loving to always go slighly sideways when you press the bottom.... ehmm, maybe that is just stupid me!) but I guess that is the beauty of it. I love it! Thanks for leaving your comments, I am glad that you enjoyed the front of that boat, a very warm morning that day, far far far faaar away from gray England. Cheers!

Oh my god I absolutely love and adore this one This is so simplistic, minimalistic, the coloures so perfect (like the repeated blue of the pool (?) in the horizon..great capture! Proves how great the joycam can be! Great work.

Thank you so much for your comments Lia!
I remember that I kept trying that day to wait for the right moment were perhaps everything could be balanced, until I realized that the experience by itself was anything but that, that I was maybe missing the real moment by trying to grab it. I like the thought of a repeated and endless blue of a pool.

Really liked your photos. Balanced parts of skies, cropped buildings and pieces of people. Particulary nice series of sleeping minds and self-portraits.
Thanks again for passing by.
