Fantastic photos.

I am sending this message because I am the new, proud, owner of a bouncing baby Tektronix. This afternoon I won it on eBay, and couldn't be more excited that soon I'll have it on my hands.

Anyway, you clearly know what you're doing with it, and I'd love any tips you could offer about this fantastic camera.

By the by, my best friend, who's an Aussie and from Melbourne, used to talk flaunt her Redhead matches t-shirt all the time. She was a redhead.

LOL...my wife is a redhead also! Thanks for the feedback on my photos and congratulations on obtaining the Tektronix, they are a cool piece of kit! I see you got the Tektronix C-30B model (that is, if you are megdejour, as I suspect you might be!), which is lighter than the "A" - I also think it's easier to use and gives slightly better image quality than the earlier A model. (I've used both and now have the same one you bought)
I'll visit your guestbook soon with the few hints I've picked up on using it.
Cheers!

Thanks Leonardo, I like doing close-up wok too which is why I was happy a friend loaned me this camera (the Tektronix C-30A) - it's hard to use though as there's no visual focusing aid (like a ground glass back) I just have to estimate. As you might expect, a lot of my results are out of focus!
