Øresundsbron
The Øresundsbron. I always wanted to take a picture of it. I relied fully on the advice of a friend living at the banks of the one side (and be able to be at the other side whenever he wants) where to take it from, and the spot was perfect. This was taken with a 27 years expired film. I had it it in good storage for 15 years now. It passed several borders with me. Granted, I had one (one) in reserve in case it would be totally dry, but in general - I did it on purpose. It’s the material I love, so I work with it. And it’s the questioning of what an image is what interests me.
The result that formed on the table later fits pretty much. I always had the idea to travel around the baltic sea. And to travel to all these remarkable bridges out there. But the idea of both is to connect.
But there is a gap now, and there is war. War doesn’t connect. And some bridges are destroyed already.
Still, I think about it.
