Our apartment in Munich is on the second floor. From our balcony we have a wonderful view over the backyards. The three-chimney house is directly in view. When the house is in the afternoon sunlight, the residents sit on the window sills and let their legs dangle outside.

An emulsion lift on watercolor paper; I hand-colored it with different pencils, partially under and partially over the emulsion.
My black and white emulsion lifts are always mirror-inverted, as I apply the emulsion to the carrier material with the back to the front. With the new i-Type and SX70-films, the contours are sharper in this way.
