Bright lights, big city. Bangkok
Bangkok is immense. You only realise quite how immense when you look at the map and things look really close together and still take you 40 mins in a taxi. It really gives new meaning to the world 'sprawling'. When you're on the streets, it's chaotic, and disorientating. So much going on, so many new sights and smells. It's all a bit overwhelming. And then you go to a rooftop bar, and all of that is so far away and the city twinkles. It's quite silent as you're so high up. It really is like being in a bubble... this was shot from one such bubble, the roof at Siam@Siam hotel (which is lovely by the way). If you haven't been to Bangkok, GO! That's an order...
