B-movie actress Philma S. Hole plays the singer Delilah. At night, she sings and performs tap dancing routines; by day she seems to spend her time getting herself into situations that ultimately require the urgent removal of her clothing for medical or other reasons. She is secretly having an affair with the Captain, with Butch Cagney (played by Mike Hunt) and with Father Mendez.
Runs the ship's black market in cuticle softening products.
