mildew: ginger cheese cream
150 g whipped cream
1 pinch (Messerspitze) turmeric
1/2 tsp. coriander
2 tbsp. fresh chipped ginger
200g cheasespread
heat the wipping cream, add ginger and the spices, melt the cheesespread blocks in it until it is liquid.
Let it cool down.
Put it in your fridge wait for a month and voila! Mildew.
use a closeup lens.
P.S. You should definitely try the dip before the mildew grows as well.
