This is what the tropics are about....
When i moved from the Caribbean to the UK, this is what I dreamed of- coconut water. It was the first thing I wanted to find when we landed....its delicious and there is nothing like watching someone climb a palm to throw one down and then crack it open....this to me is heaven in a green husk.
