she's a collector
my mom used to drag us to all these antique malls and even though it smelled terrible there and most of the stuff was tacky objects from ages ago, she always managed to find the prettiest things.
this vase is my favorite antique she has. it's a water pitcher, it fades up to white, has gold trim around the edges and hand painted roses circling the top. she filled it with matching fake roses.
