If you have blue p chances are there is something seriously wrong with your renal function (either that or you've drunk way too many blue heavens!)
At 0500hrs in the morning after a fairly busy night at the ED, I took advantage of the brief respite at Triage to pop out the ambulance bay to get some polaroids from the side of an ambulance there. The flash was on in this one which accounts for what I feel is a slightly distracting reflection...
