Heavy Artillery!
O.K. The wife says the lawn people are coming to give the yard it's first treatment of the season and all those nasty little gum balls need to be raked up. Time for the heavy artillery. Get out the leaf blower/vacuum. We'll cut this job down to size. Why, I'll have this job done in half the time. Well, not quite. It was a good idea on paper, but in reality things just didn't suck like they were supposed to. Truth be told, gum balls weren't designed to be swept up very easily. They cling to the grass like velcro. I finally resorted to a simple rake to get the job done. Live and learn. 8-)
