What Remains
This is my friend, Vanessa at the burnt out remains of the historic Studebaker-Piquette building in Detroit.
This building is the place where my urban explorations began- the first abandoned building I went inside. We went there so many times before it burned. It burned June 2005 and I could watch it burn from my 6th story window. It light up the entire sky and burned for days.
This image is a TRIBUTE TO VANESSA.... the girl responsible for getting me hooked on the high of URB-EX!

Tip:
This was a b&w film negative that I placed in a slide mount sandwiched with a pale green Rosco gel swatch. I made a Polaroid in the Vivitar Printer.
