I found this small shrine at east tilbury near the fort, it lay beside a concrete bench in a nook made by two concrete blocks, the bench looks out on to the bleak salt marsh, then on to the Thames estuary where giant container ships lurk.
I couldn't surmise wether it was dedicated to man or beast.
