I just could not help myself. I got a new baby. A perfect, tan... SX-70. And a remote shutter. I'm considering getting a close-up kit... but macro shots aren't really my thing. I'm excited that The Impossible Project's got an improved PX-100 in stock... I look forward to taking it with me on future Pola-expeditions.

I am in desperate need of a tripod. And a sidebag that can hold my SX-70 and 101 plus all accompanying accessories without being obnoxiously bulky or hard to get to. I found a messenger bag that I got when I graduated from FIDM... and it's exactly what I need except the strap is uncomfortably short for my extraordinarily tall stature. Oh, eff.

Finished my first pack of F2B. In retrospect, I probably should have bought more than two packs before it sold out. Oh well. I like the unpredictability, but it also kinda scares the shit out of me. At least I can say I got to use it. And I finally figured out the best way to open and re-close it... so none of my second pack shots will be fucked up. yaaay. But what I really want right now is some freaking PX-100. I miss it... I don't think I've bought any more since I got back from Portland. Damn you, Impossible Project.

Yesterday was great... Jen and I went out shooting in old town Victorville and found this amazing place under a bridge. I can't wait to go back.

I'd really like my ND Filter to get here already... I can't stand waiting to try my PX-600FF and I'm not wasting it on my crappy 600. It's my least favorite camera... and that's including the broken SX-70.

The Impossible Project is officially out of 125i Silk film. Eff.
